THE INCREDIBLE HAR GOW! AT OUR WINDSOR TERRACE, AND CARROLL GARDENS LOCATION

"Damn good Chinese food", that's what we are about.  Inspired  by the tea houses of old school Chinatown, dedicated to the art of dumpling making.  Our beef potstickers are filled with dry aged beef sourced from Pat Lafrieda. Our pork dumplings are made with heritage berkshire pork that we grind in house to our own special blend. Every dumpling is made from scratch everyday with our housemade dough and we take extra care to ensure that there is a burst of juicy goodness in each one.  We cook each dumpling fresh to order for each customer.  Good cooking takes a little extra time, but its worth the wait. Please let your dumplings rest a bit before you bite. Pair it with one of our all natural bubble teas, one of a kind honey lemon sour drink, or a really cool Pop Ramune Soda. Our creativity, precise cooking technique and plain old hard work is what makes our Chinese food damn good!
